The Grove Kids Club
Frequently Asked Questions

01
What ages can attend the Kids Club?
The Kids Club is open to children from potty-trained through 8th grade. Kids are grouped by age and will participate in age-appropriate activities. When enough kids are present, different coaches will work with different age groups so everyone stays engaged.
04
Are there any exceptions for non-members?
-
Special Events: Non-members are welcome at select events (like the Grand Opening Glow Party).
-
Guest Rule: If a member is bringing a guest on property (dining, playing pickleball, attending an event, etc.), they may register a friend’s child to use the Kids Club during that time—even if the member does not have their own child in the program.
-
Grandparents: Grandparent members can register their grandchildren to use the program, even if the parents are not members.
-
Full Camp Days: Non-members may also attend on designated full camp days (usually school closure days and summer).
07
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes. All Kids Club sessions we need advance registration to properly staff. If no children are registered 24 hours before a session begins, the program for that day will be canceled, and last-minute drop-offs will not be accepted. This policy ensures we can schedule staff appropriately and provide the best experience for the kids.
10
Is food provided?
-
Glow Party & Special Events: Dinner is included. These are advertised as such.
-
Regular Sessions: Food is not included in the standard hourly rate. Parents can send a food from the restaurant if desired.

11
How do I sign up?

03
Do parents need to be members of The Grove?
Yes. The Kids Club is a members-only benefit on a regular basis.
06
How do the 15-hour packages work?
Families who purchase a 15-hour package will receive a “bank” of hours to use however they choose during the package period. For example, all 15 hours could be used in one month, or they can be spread over the full 6 or 12 months. Once the hours are used, families may purchase another package.
09
What types of activities will the kids do?
Activities are designed to be fun, safe, and age-appropriate. Kids can expect a mix of play, crafts, sports, games, and social time with friends. Coaches tailor activities to different age groups to make sure everyone stays engaged.
