Personal Training at The Grove

Whether you’re just getting started, looking to shake up your current fitness routine, or simply need a little extra accountability, The Grove’s Personal Training Program is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward—stronger and more confident.

We’re proud to feature Cindy Wingate, a certified personal trainer and fellow Grove member, who brings passion and expertise to every session. Cindy works with members of all ages and fitness levels, offering approachable, personalized training that fits your lifestyle.

Beginners looking to build a foundation
Teens building strength and confidence
Those ready to refresh their routine
Anyone seeking structure, motivation, and accountability

Rate: $45 per hour
Location: The Grove Fitness Center

A note about your experience:
Your first session includes a fitness intake to help Cindy understand your goals, fitness history, and any limitations. Together, you’ll create a plan that fits you—whether you’re training 1x/week or multiple times per week.

Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Missed sessions without proper notice may be charged.
