Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines Simulator reservations are designed for up to 8 players maximum. Parties of 8 or fewer may book directly online. Groups larger than 8 must contact us in advance at sales@letsgrove.com so we can properly accommodate the group. Group Size & Over-Capacity Policy If more than 8 guests arrive without prior approval, an additional $10 per person will be charged for each guest over 8, due at check-in. Advance notice allows us to prepare appropriately and ensure the best possible experience for your group. Cancellation Policy 14 or more days in advance: Full refund 7–13 days in advance: 50% refund 6 days or less: No refund Exception: Reservations canceled within 6 days may be refunded only if the time slot is successfully rebooked.
