Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines Simulator reservations are limited to *4 guests per one-hour booking*. Groups of 4 or fewer may book directly online. For larger gatherings, including birthday parties, dinner groups, or family events, please contact Tori Reynolds at **Tori.Reynolds@letsgrove.com** to discuss arrangements in advance. Group Size & Capacity Policy A maximum of 4 guests is permitted per online simulator reservation. Groups exceeding this limit must receive prior approval. Additional guests cannot be accommodated without advance arrangements. Simulator Equipment & Damage Policy Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the simulator equipment during their reservation and may be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement, as applicable. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these guidelines. Cancellation Policy - *14 or more days in advance:* Full refund - *7–13 days in advance:* 50% refund - *6 days or less:* No refund Exception: Reservations canceled within 6 days may be refunded only if the time slot is successfully rebooked.
