Rules & Regulations
Eligibility

Only active members in good standing may participate.

Referred individuals must be brand new to The Grove — not current, past, or pending members/leads. Anyone referred earlier and has become a member will not be credited.

Referrals from the same household as the referring member will not qualify.
How to Submit Referrals

Referrals must be submitted before or during sign-up using a referral form, referral link, or by listing the referring member on the application.

Referrals made after the application is submitted cannot be retroactively applied.
Credit & Reward Timing

Grove Credits are issued 30 days after the new member’s activation date.

Retroactive bonuses for hitting tier milestones (3 or 5 members) will be paid within 30 days of qualifying.

Credits are issued as non-transferable, non-cash Grove Credits and may be used for dining, simulators, events, or Grove merchandise.
Program Duration

The program runs until 500 memberships are achieved.

Once we reach 500 members, the club may become fully private and the referral program will end.

Any referrals made after that point will not be eligible for rewards unless the program is extended.
Fair Use & Disputes

Any fraudulent, manipulative, or duplicate submissions may result in disqualification.

All disputes or exceptions will be handled at the sole discretion of The Grove’s management.

The Grove reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, but all qualified referrals made prior to changes will be honored under the original terms.
