First Course

Compressed Watermelon & Microgreen Salad Paired with Sauvignon Blanc

Compressed watermelon with a delicate micro green salad, ripe persimmon, blood orange, Supremes, dragon fruit, marinated feta, and charred pink grapefruit vinaigrette.

Second Course

Crispy Popcorn Prawn Paired with Riesling

Lightly crisped popcorn prawns served with purple cabbage kimchi, honey-sambal chili glaze, and plum reduction.

Third Course

Pepper–Crusted Beef Tenderloin Paired with Cab Sauvignon

Pepper-crusted center cut tenderloin accompanied by chive duchess potatoes and butter-poached white asparagus red wine demi glaze and black truffle butter.
